Conditions for exchanging and returning products
You may return your purchase after date issue of your order on receipt within seven (7) days for the reason (a.) receive a damage product (b.) wrong size or color according to your order. During the seven-day term you are obliged to take reasonable care of the Product and its packaging. You will only use the product in the matter necessary to inspect the nature and specifications of the product.
If Customer cancels the purchase of a Product in accordance with the instructions as specified herein, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and after receipt of the sent product(s). A refund will be transfer via bank account, unless agreed upon differently. This refund includes the standard delivery costs of the order made. Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product, in its original condition with the tags attached. You will be responsible for the costs of returning. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following events:
(i) where the Product has been used or clean and without package
(ii) Lost or Stolen on costumer responsibility.
(iii) personalized merchandise; Breach or any damaged that lost of the original of product.
(iii) Product that has been altered or damaged by Customer and incomplete order.
- In case Customer received a damaged Product please contact us via the contact form on the Webstore or send an email or any our platforms. We may ask you to provide us with photographic evidence.
- In case Customer received an incorrect Product, please contact us via the contact form on the Webstore or send an email or any our platforms. We may ask you to provide us with photographic evidence.
- In case Costumer not happy with our product and decide to change and return. You will be responsible for the costs of returning and sending a new product. You will charge more if a new product more value that the product you previous purchase(s).
- In case Customer has not received the order within the time range indicated, please first check the track and trance code provided by the carrier. Please allow 2-3 more days before arrival of the order before contacting us via the contact form on the Webstore or send an email or any our platforms.
